I get the thought behind saying men should have an option akin to 'abortion' in which they can 'opt out', but no. Women carry children, they get to decide whether to abort or not and men ultimately have no say what happens until after birth. Once the child is born there are practical concerns, the child's interests have to be considered. Men being able to 'opt out' would ultimately be detrimental to the child's welfare.
